Selling stims at Grim Hex

I did a cargo job to send stims from ARC-Bajini Point to 3 nearby out-posts. The mission required 12 SCU of stims. When picking up the stims, the freight elevator gave me too many. Like, double. I took it all, completed the delivery mission and got paid.
What am I going to do with the other 13 SCUs of stims? Selling at a station buying says "unregistered or illegal cargo". Selling at Grim Hex says Price Mismatch error.
Any advice?

Well, it seems that GH is the only no questions asked place with demand. You could try Pyro but I'm not sure if it's worth it

Why is GH giving a price mismatch error?
Edit. Also I assume the mission giving too many stims is the intended gameplay's way of nudging people into mildly illegal gameplay and not just a shit bug where stims can't be sold anywhere.

You've got cargo from a bug, I don't think it's weird that it bugs out when trying to sell it too
