I’ll add a section: Music livestreaming Owncast: self-hosted, Fediverse-enabled livestream server Peertube: Fediverse video hosting with livestream functionality gravitons: community server, electronic and experimental music focus LABR: community server with a DJ focus Jnktn: eclectic community server If you want to try out Owncast streaming, it’s definitely worth giving the above community servers a shout (I’m the admin for gravitons). We are friendly, and super enthusiastic to share the world of open streaming alternatives!

    Ah, yes, each previous topic needs to be federated manually. I have done this now with https://the.socialmusic.network/t/spotify-and-apple-etc-are-not-the-whole-problem/241. Please let me know if it works, and if it does I will federate the rest.
