Edit/Note: This is still a work in progress, it might be better to wait for the official runner/release.

For anyone who really wants to try out Vulkan in 4.5, go to the LUG discord -> Community-Projects channel and check the pinned message there.

It seems to be working for most users trying it, but there are likely some systems that still won't work with it.

In-game, some Fedora users mentioned it was working, and it was working fine for my system as well (Arch/CachyOS).

hi y'all , when it comes to events like this it'll get announced on the lug wiki news https://wiki.starcitizen-lug.org/ and spectrum when there's a custom lug-wine runner or other tips ready for everyone to use

edit: CIG has it nearly fixed for linux, just the red and blue colors are inverted

Thanks! I updated the post to try to make it clearer that this is experimental and it's probably better to wait for anything official.

I probably jumped the gun on this one because of how excited I am for this update.
