From the patch notes:
Fleet Week Hall is now Open! Located at the Bevic Convention Center at Area18, the halls are now open for testing and looking around. In addition, we have the Aegis Idris Experience. An Idris is docked at the top of the ArcCorp tower at Area18, ready to be explored as part of the celebration.
There are probably some other important things in those notes, but I'm too focused on making my way to the updated Idris at the moment.
