    @mapache @maho I'm all in for testing your new ideas, don't even have to ask me. Just had a busy week and my main server had all of its nvme disks in RAID unusable and I'm recovering from this today

      I’m building a new tool and looking for volunteers to test it! A #fediverse linktree.

      It’s designed for two types of people:

      Normies / newcomers – Think of it like a free, privacy-respecting Linktree. No trackers, no ads. But here's the cool par: it's a Trojan horse for the fediverse. Your profile link is itself an ActivityPub actor. That means people can interact with it directly in the fediverse, and it encourages exploration of open platforms.

      Fediverse users, If you have multiple accounts (#Mastodon, #Pixelfed, Loops, a federated blog…), you know the struggle: sometimes you just want one persona to follow. This tool gives you that. It doesn’t post on its own (read-only), but it boosts all your other accounts and even has its own #ActivityPub inbox. PLUS it can receive and show your badges issued by @badgefed !

      Interested in testing? Reply here.

        @mapache I'm interested as well, although I see you already have quite a number of people who replied to be testers!

            @mapache hey there. Very nice! Do you have a source link?

            Link Preview Image

            favicon

            (delightful.coding.social)

            I have added the https://github.com/mahomedalid/almost-static-activitypub to my backlog, but I don't see a repo for the project above.

                  @mapache so, that link in your post opens the web page for your aggregated accounts, but it does not show up as a Fediverse profile I can follow.

                  I would guess I can manually follow the address if I reformat it with the leading @ so it appears as a fedi address rather than an email address?

                    @johannab yeah you can do it in two ways, either copy the url and say to mastodon or your client "Open the URL" or reformat and follow @maho

                      @mapache @maho

                      Am following now, it just wasn't intuitive from the URL.

                      If not clear, this is by way of usability feedback, not me, personally, requesting support. I'm quite comfortable navigating the fediverse & am casually sticking my nose into many projects where I am trying to get more communities to move here - so I'm looking for tools like yours to try out and see what I can be comfortable recommending to naive users.
