Can I suggest adding a user stories section and starting there?

I gave a 30 min presentation on "Identity on the Open Social Web" to DWeb Seattle in February which has some relevant stuff in it, specifically around high-level requirements (what needs an identity and what for?) and some ideas on possible ways forward towards the end.
